How do I know if a vendor is the right choice for me?
Great question! We work with you to book the right vendor that fits your wedding or event. We do encourage a zoom or phone call to discuss these options before booking, but it's not absolutely necessary. On the other hand, if you prefer PortaPixie to handle the vendor(s) and prepare them for your wedding or event, we can do that as well. Just let us know what style of photo/video you prefer, DJ/MC style, or other vendor style so we can build the best team for your event.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations are allowed and all money is fully refundable up to 60 days (as stated in our agreement form) before your wedding or event. If you are rescheduling your booking to another day, we will try hard to accommodate your new date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our online booking is processed securely through Square. Debit and credit cards are accepted. We no longer take checks as payment.
Do you offer drone footage?
In some cases, yes. This will depend on if the wedding/event vendor that is booked has access to a drone. Not all our videographers and photographers have a drone to be added to a package. Please contact us for details.
